You have to be very strick!
You can only have two table spoon of rice per day. Eat as many vegitables as you want, with one kind of lean meat. Try not to have breadfast, if you must have a Americano(half coffee half milk-skim milk only). NO FOOD AFTER 8PM, and no SWEETS. If you can follow the above rules, you'll loose weight!!!
