Burn ISO to a CD-R with nero or similar
Restart and boot from CD or insert CD in drive and run setup through your existing XP
When asked for key, enter:

The key is also inside the "dinguskull Folder" in the ISO
After you've installed and have XP running, the first thing you should do is apply the supplied registry entry in the "dinguskull Folder" on your CD. Double click the registry entry and click ok. It will bypass WGA and make your XP genuine allowing future updates
