外星入侵者綁架了地球的超級英雄，他們的孩子則被匆匆送進政府避難所，但機智過人的青少女蜜西（Yaya Gosselin 飾）使盡各種招數，壹心要拯救她的超級英雄爸爸馬可斯（Pedro Pascal 飾），為此她跟其他超級小英雄攜手合作，逃離當局神秘的保母格拉娜達女士（Priyanka Chopra Jonas 飾）。這群孩子必須各自使出包括超強彈力、控制時間和預言未來在內的力量並肩作戰，組成無人能敵的團隊，才能成功救出爸爸媽媽。動作畫面精彩且真摯動人的《全民小英雄》由《非常小特務》、《鯊膽小英雄》導演 Robert Rodriguez 執導，並請到 Boyd Holbrook、Christian Slater、Chris McDonald 及 Adriana Barraza 同臺演出。
