榴槤乳酪慕斯

【榴槤乳酪慕斯】
材料:
餅底:消化餅乾80克,黃油35克
乳酪慕斯:奶油乳酪120克,酸奶60克,淡奶油120克,榴槤果肉180克,白砂糖40克,吉利丁片15克
步驟:1消化餅乾壓碎
          2加入融化的黃油
          3混合均勻后,倒入模具,用勺子壓實,放冰箱冷藏備用
          4乳酪軟化后加入白砂糖攪打至順滑
          5榴槤取果肉
         6榴槤肉加酸奶攪打成榴槤泥
          7將榴槤泥和乳酪混合均勻
         8淡奶油打發至六成發
         9打發好的淡奶油和榴槤乳酪泥混合均勻
          10吉利丁片用冰水泡軟,瀝干水分放在碗里,隔水加熱融化(也可以用微波爐微波10秒左右)
          11將吉利丁片加入到步驟9中
          12攪拌均勻后倒入模具
          13冰箱冷藏一夜即可

       1脫模的時候,用熱毛巾在模具表面孵一圈,既可以輕鬆脫模       2慕斯餅底可以用餅乾屑,也可以用蛋糕片代替
