簡單做蘿蔔糕
過年一定得吃的就是蘿蔔糕阿!吃好吃的蘿蔔糕,新的一年才會發發發!!!但是又擔心外面賣的蘿蔔糕加了防腐劑,吃了不安心!今天就來試試看超簡單蘿蔔糕,真材實料又省錢~好好吃喔!

漿
蘿蔔糕粉300g
水300g
調味
白胡椒粉適量
餡料
白蘿蔔絲750g
乾香菇6朵
金勾蝦1把
油蔥酥3大匙
水750g
[b]作法[/b]
1 將白蘿蔔刨絲或泥、香菇泡軟切細絲、蝦米用米酒泡過 備用 / 將蘿蔔糕粉與水攪拌均勻成 [漿] 備用

2 準備好炒鍋,加入2匙油,將蝦米爆香,再加入香菇一起炒香,接著加入白蘿蔔絲和油蔥酥拌炒均勻

3 加入750g水,攪拌均勻,待水滾,轉小火

4 加入調好的 [漿],邊煮邊攪拌均勻,有稠稠的感覺後就關火,將漿與餡料攪拌均勻

5 找適當的容器,抹一點油,將完成的步驟5倒入容器(八分滿),蓋上錫箔紙開始蒸50-60分鐘,再悶10分鐘即可

6 取出後放涼即可倒扣出來,冷藏後再切成適當大小

7 切片煎至兩面金黃,撒上胡椒鹽或沾醬油膏就可以享用囉~
