抹茶發糕

簡介
只要備好材料, 攪一攪, 分裝杯模後, 送入電鍋中蒸熟
全程不到30分鐘, 軟Q的發糕就完成囉!!

[b]食材 (3 人份)[/b]
低筋麵粉110g
抹茶粉5g
糖90g
泡打粉5g
溫牛奶135ml

[b]作法[/b]
1 將低粉/抹茶粉/糖/泡打粉放到攪拌盆中拌勻

2 牛奶微波30秒後, 加入1)的粉類材料, 拌勻後成為粉漿

3 把粉漿分裝到杯模中. 用大同電鍋, 外鍋半杯水, 蒸熟即可 (約12-15分鐘)
