【芝麻牛奶棒】

食材 (2 人份)
低筋麵粉100g
奶粉20g
砂糖20g
鹽少許
無鹽奶油25g
牛奶30g
黑芝麻適量
作法
1 備好材料,烤箱預熱,無鹽奶油隔水融化備用

2 低筋麵粉和奶粉過篩+砂糖+牛奶+融化奶油拌勻

3 最後加入黑芝麻拌成團狀

4 將麵團放進透明PE袋中,擀成方形 (厚度約0.3cm)

5 將麵團冷藏約30分鐘讓它變硬
6 取出麵團用剪刀沿著邊邊小心將PE袋剪開
7 切成條狀再稍微捲成螺旋狀 (也可不捲),整齊排列於烤盤上

8 120度烤15分鐘
9 出爐放涼後即可裝入密封罐保存
