韮菜煎蛋

食材 (4 人份)
材料-
韮菜150g
蛋3個
油1大T
調味料-
塩油少許
醬油1小T
水少許
干貝粉少許
胡椒粉少許

作法
1 1.韮菜挑檢洗淨後切成1公分左右小段

2 2.蛋打散後.加入韮菜及調味料攪拌均勻

3 3.中火起油鍋加熱後倒入韮菜蛋糊並以圓弧狀搖動鍋子

4 4.將蛋糊平鋪鍋子待蛋液固定稍成型後火轉小點
(不要燒焦了)

5 5.用剷子快速攪散用煎散蛋的手法將另一面煎成焦黃

6 6.待全部都煎焦黃焦黃的即可起鍋
