鮮蝦粉絲煲

鮮蝦8隻
粉絲2捲
蔥2支
大蒜2個
調味料-
醬油1大T
烏醋1/2t
胡椒粉少許
米酒少許
水3/4杯


[b]作法[/b]
1 1.蝦子先剪掉尖頭再洗乾淨

2 2.粉絲泡水並剪成小段,蔥切蔥花,大蒜切細未

3 3.起油鍋爆香大蒜,放入蝦子翻炒數秒加入少許水和米酒悶熟

4 4.取出蝦子放盤上備用

5 5.將粉絲倒入鍋中與剛剛的蝦汁拌炒一下

6 6.放入半杯水並調味用小火悶透粉絲,中途時將蝦子放入(中途要記得翻炒一下,使粉絲均勻入味同時防粘鍋)

7 7.最後撒上蔥花略翻炒一下起鍋
