夫妻決裂逾十年後團圓 八両金八両菜和好
現年60歲的八両金（原名葉競生），人生最糟糕是97金融風暴，經濟陷困境，老婆八両菜（何顓彤）又於99年走佬，夫妻決裂逾十年。大前年八両菜忽然現身尋仔，八両金放下怨恨讓母子重逢，八両金日前接受本報專訪憶述當年傷痛而爆喊，看到兒子重獲母愛，八両金又破涕為笑。
現已60歲的八両金，九十年代在影圈冒出，即以周身粗金鏈金戒指塑造行頭響朵。當年意氣風發拖妻兒亮相，但97年金融風暴，八両金投資覆沒，經濟陷困境，大難臨頭，八両菜於99年狠心拋夫棄子。夫妻決裂，八両金與當年僅4歲的「八両仔」葉小霆相依為命。據知八両金已低調跟前妻關係破冰，八両菜三年前趁八両仔16歲牛一，突擊接放學，希望修復失落多年的母子情。八両金也放下恩怨，與前妻冰釋前嫌，一家三口不時聚會，八両仔重獲失去的母愛。

■八両菜何顓彤現終於跟八両金冰釋前嫌，一家團聚，八両金還將全家福儲存於手機。
咬實牙關捱大個仔
八両金於97年時炒樓炒股，他自稱身家過億，遇上金融風暴，財產由億變零。八両菜其後更幾次離家出走，夫妻關係水火不容。八両金不但要養育年幼囝囝，同時又要供養年邁母親。98年更傳出八両菜到日本夜場工作，八両金情緒大受困擾，他日前帶着轉眼19歲的八両仔在中環接受訪問，回憶過去辛酸，他忍不住爆喊說：「嗰時我窮到戶口唔夠一千蚊，我已變賣晒所有金器，又冇工開，我有諗過抱埋個仔結束自己，睇到電視有勸人防止自殺宣傳，我打熱線電話又冇人聽，去慈善機構求助又唔受理。一無所有行到盡頭，絕望無助。最後我決定振作，咬實牙關捱大個仔。」

八両金也沒想過人生會再遇到八両菜，彼此分開12年，及至3年前，八両菜主動到學校搵仔，八両仔回想重逢一刻：「好愕然，冇諗過會再見，我哋有陌生感覺。」隨着時間沖淡，八両金對八両菜無怨無仇，他反而鼓勵兒子與母親重建母子情，八両金說：「當時我知佢（八両菜）環境唔好，仲有叫阿仔問阿媽要唔要返嚟屋企住，我畀間房佢哋。我同阿仔講，當日分開係大人嘅事，好遺憾畀唔到阿仔開心童年。阿仔呢生人得一個阿媽，我要佢將來一定供養阿媽終老。」
八両金跟八両菜近年相處融洽，八両仔還爆料媽咪仍獨身：「佢話唔想搵另一個，就咁過一世。」問八両金可想過復合？他說：「唔會啦，我哋當年係家庭悲劇，大家唔識放手，性格唔夾就唔夾，𠵱家做朋友咪仲好，鍾意唔係一定要佔有。」從八両金、八両菜和八両仔的全家福中，看到他們笑容一致，八両菜打扮比當年樸素，近年重做地產經紀過活。
搵欣宜吳孟達合作
96年憑周星馳電影《食神》彈出的八両金，多年來也是演小人物，兒子看盡爸爸在鏡頭前被糟躓，八両仔心痛說：「阿爸戲份少，好唔受尊重，我問阿爸幾時喺部戲做主角？唔得不如退出。」八両金花了半年時間籌備一部勵志電影：「我搵到內地投資者畀千幾萬我拍一部《天生我才》，自己做男主角，我會又導又演，想搵欣宜同吳孟達，預計年底拍。」
