蛋白脆餅

蛋白150克
細砂糖35克
糖粉40克
低筋麵粉45克
亞麻仁粉或全麥粉100克
杏仁角(可免)適量

1 蛋白加入細砂糖打至硬性發泡

2 依序加入過篩的糖粉.過篩的麵粉輕輕拌勻

3 最後加入全麥粉或亞麻仁粉拌勻

4 用湯瓢取適量於烤盤紙中,排列均勻(須留空隙,以免烤時餅乾膨脹沾黏)

5 灑上適量杏仁角或芝麻,入烤箱上下火150度烤約30分後,降低溫度烘烤至餅乾酥脆(請依自家烤箱特性調整溫度和時間)
