乾菌南瓜糙米飯
材料 :乾黃牛肝菌15克、乾香菇5克、蒜片1湯匙、南瓜粒1杯、日本米120克、糙米30克、麻油/芝麻各適量
煮飯汁:浸菌水200毫升、濃縮木魚高湯2茶匙
調味 :米酒1茶匙、味醂1茶匙、日本醬油1茶匙

[b]做法:[/b]
1.糙米浸4小時,日本米洗淨後浸30分鐘。
2.乾菌下1杯水中浸30分鐘。浸菌水留用。
3.燒熱油,下蒜片,加入乾菌炒香,加調味炒一會。
4.飯鍋中加入米、乾菌,煮飯汁,煮至水沸。
5.加入南瓜粒,煮成飯便成;最後加些麻油、芝麻享用。
