type chinese in english windows

i was using english windows, did i have any ways to type chinese in my computer? .... please help!!

just for your reference...
go to the start meun---->setting---->control panel
---->region and language option
and u'll see a dialog box, click on the 'language' tag, and click 'details'
u can add your familiar language, so that u can type 中文
