五花肉燜桂筍

桂竹筍  500公克

五花肉  150公克

蔥  45公克

【調味料】

原味高湯  1罐

雞湯塊  1/2塊

水  800㏄

【做　法】
1.五花肉切塊；桂竹筍、蔥切段，備用。

2.熱鍋，倒入適量油，放入作法1材料炒香。

3.於作法2鍋中，加入所有調味料煮至沸騰。

4.轉小火續燜煮至肉熟透，且湯汁收乾即可。
